Convention Sponsors

All sponsors will get their name and/or logo on certain items we print; the level of sponsorship determines what your sponsor name will be put on. The same is true with social media: all sponsor levels will get social media mentions, your logo on our website, mentions in our email and other social outlets. The difference in levels is how many mentions you will receive, and higher level sponsors will get hashtag recognition in more/all social posts. Program book ads will be given to all sponsors; different sponsor levels receive different sized ads (full page, half page, quarter page sizes). Upper level sponsors also receive booth space on the show floor if needed.

We do work on custom sponsorship agreements with "in-kind" sponsors. Whether you want to trade product for tournament or contest support, or services the convention needs, we can work with you on budget to trade "in-kind" values back and forth.

Radio Ad Partners

In addition to, or even instead of, convention sponsorship, you can be a Radio Ad Partner. We run radio ads on four mid-Michigan stations in the months leading up to the convention. Radio Ad Partners get their name mentioned hundreds of times on the radio, as well as getting a live broadcast from a brick-and-mortar location of your choice. During the live broadcast, both the radio stations and Capital City Comic Con provide giveaways and raffles, including tickets to the convention, and also concerts and entertainment events the radio station provides. These events draw new customers into your location, as they hear about the live broadcast promotional events on the radio, mentioning your store.

Promotional Event Partners

NEW THIS YEAR: Capital City Comic Con is setting up some interesting and unique promotional events this spring, and we can use your support!  Promotional Event Partners can get their brand and logo mentioned and printed through all advertising channels, or can even have a table at the promotional event. Get extra exposure for your business and brand at these local Lansing events while helping support Capital City Comic Con in the process!

Program Book Ads

In 2023, we printed 1500 program books and ran out at the convention. In addition to print books, we have a complete PDF program book available online, including your ad! Ad prices are:

• Full page 8" x 5" is $200
• Half page 4" x 5" is $125
• Quarter Page 2" x 5" or 4" x 2.5" is $75
• Eighth Page 2" x 2.5" is $50
